We seal plant penetrations through walls and floors with certified systems, preventing the spread of fire and smoke between compartments.

Thermal protection of metal structures
We apply thermal protection systems to steel structures—columns, beams, trusses, and sandwich panels. We use state-of-the-art intumescent paints and spray-applied coatings based on vermiculite or calcium silicate.
Each project is calculated based on the metal profile and the required fire resistance rating, with certifications ranging from R30 to R120.

Fire-resistant walls and ceilings
We install fire-rated partition systems using Promat panels, fire-resistant drywall, and calcium silicate. Fire-resistant walls and ceilings are essential for limiting the spread of fire and ensuring sufficient evacuation time.
Our systems are certified in accordance with EN 1364 and EN 1365, with fire resistance ratings ranging from EI 30 to EI 120.

Fire-resistant roofs or roof coverings
We design and install complete fire protection systems for residential and industrial roofs. We use fire-resistant membranes, certified thermal insulation panels, and specialized treatments that comply with the requirements of P118 and SR EN 13501.
Each solution is tailored to the type of roof—flat, sloped, or industrial—and is fully documented to obtain approval from the Fire Department.

Service
Fire Retardancy of Wood and Textiles
We apply professional fire-retardant treatments to solid wood, OSB, particleboard, and MDF, as well as to textiles—curtains, upholstery, and decorative items. These certified solutions transform these materials into surfaces with enhanced fire resistance.
We issue treatment certificates and the documentation required for ISU approval, in accordance with current regulations.

Fire Detection and Alarm Systems
We install fire detection and alarm systems for residential, industrial, and commercial buildings. From risk assessment to commissioning and ISU approval, we handle the entire process.

Fire Suppression Systems
We design and install fire suppression systems for commercial and industrial buildings and technical facilities—including sprinkler systems, indoor and outdoor fire hydrants, and deluge systems, as well as specialized inert gas systems for server rooms and archives.
The system is designed in accordance with standard P118/2, including pressure tests, commissioning, and complete documentation for ISU authorization.

Mechanical and Organized Natural Pressurization and Smoke Exhaust Systems
